In accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, the “Privacy Regulation”), Pragma S.r.l., with registered office at Piazzetta Ado Furlan, 2 – Corte del Bosco, 33170 Pordenone (PN), Italy, authorised by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies Prot. No. 641 of 08/01/07 – VAT No. 00607410933 (“Pragma” or the “Controller”), provides the following notice (the “Notice”) regarding the processing of personal data of individual candidates (the “Data Subjects”) who express interest in the personnel search, selection and assessment services it provides.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
The data processed, strictly to the extent necessary to pursue the above purposes, are those included in the candidates’ curriculum vitae and, in particular, ordinary personal data such as identification and contact details (e.g. name, surname, email address, telephone number, bank details, etc.), as well as data relating to the Data Subjects’ education and professional experience.
With regard to the special categories of data referred to in Article 9 of the Privacy Regulation, Pragma will only collect data relating to the possible inclusion of the Data Subjects in protected categories (which may be processed even without the Data Subject’s explicit written consent, within the limits of the general authorisation issued by the Data Protection Authority). Therefore, Data Subjects are prohibited from including in their CVs any additional data belonging to the aforementioned special categories (including, for example, data relating to health, political, religious or trade union opinions).
We collect your personal data, including, by way of example but not limited to, your name and contact details (including email address) and other relevant information from your Curriculum Vitae (“CV”). If we have received your personal data and your CV electronically, the transmission may have taken place through our website or as part of a job application submitted to a third-party job board. As a rule, the collection of personal data continues throughout the relationship between Pragma and you as the Data Subject. This information may be obtained directly from you or from third parties, such as client companies to which Pragma forwards the Data Subject’s CV.
The storage, use and disclosure of your personal data are carried out for our legitimate business purposes, including:

The contractual terms binding us to our clients require the latter to store candidate data only for the period connected to their recruitment needs. Clients are required to inform candidates if they intend to keep their data for a longer period.
At the end of the storage period, the data will be deleted, anonymised or aggregated. This is without prejudice to cases in which storage for a longer period is required for any disputes, requests from competent authorities or under applicable legal provisions.
